How to reach us, get help with your download, and request a refund.

Email [email protected]. If your message is about a purchase, please write from the email address you used at checkout and include your order reference (it starts with ME- and appears in your purchase confirmation email). You can also reply directly to your purchase confirmation.
Problems with your download
Your download link is valid for 30 days after purchase. If it has expired, does not work, or the confirmation email did not arrive (please check your spam or promotions folder first), email us with your order reference or the email address you used. Once we have confirmed your purchase, we will send you a new link.
Refunds
14-day refunds. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with your order reference if you have it.
Faulty or inaccessible files. If the book file is faulty, not as described, or you cannot access it, tell us at any time and we will fix the problem or refund you.
How refunds are paid. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the card or account you paid with. You will receive an email confirming the refund. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund. When a purchase is refunded in full, its download link stops working. If we issue a partial refund, your purchase and download link remain active.
Your legal rights. This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
